2.Working principle as follows

 ShanKePing tools according to certain pressure to workpiece contact pressure(the pressure is only about 1% of the pure rolling), and ShanKePing tool and workpiece surface trundle at  the same linear velocity speed, meanwhile ShanKePing tools in radial direction of 20000 to 30000 times per second  high frequency energy impacting  to the workpiece. Mainly based on above high frequency energy impacting comprehensive action, the workpiece surface produced comprehensive effect as the main characteristics of reducing workpiece surface roughness.

  

3.The process of  Shankeping  polishing machineFirstly,to make the workpiece basic processed use the lathe tool in general machine tool,and then,use tbe cutter of shankeping metal mirror surface finishing equipment to process it again

 

4.After processing

1, after shankeping polishing we can see workpiece  roughness improved  3 class at least. (Ra value below 0.2).

2, workpiece surface produce hardness, the surface hardness greatly increased by 20%-50%.

3, workpiece surface crystal grain occurred slippage, interplace, smash, combination, produced grain refinement effect, and cystal boundary distorted .so corrosion resistance strengthened  . after ShanKePing’s working, metal surface corrosion resistance improved by several times ,the maximum more than 100 times.

4, after ShanKePing polishing,stress field of the metal surface changed: from the original cutting remnant pulling stress changed to beneficial pressure stress. It helps to improve workpiece fatigue strength. ShanKePing polished,the metal surface anti-fatigue performance significantly increased by 200%-250%, extend usage life 2-3 times generally.
